PF99-512-15 - Available singularly to suit a specific vehicle or as a handy 4-piece workshop kit, our new PowerAlign Wheel Mounting Guide Pins are designed to allow the safer mounting and easy alignment of heavy alloy wheels on most common cars to use lug bolts. The individual pins come supplied in a reusable twist tube and the 4-piece workshop kit is supplied with a steel storage case for pride of place in your toolbox. Simply thread the appropriate pin size into one of the bolt holes on the wheel hub. The wheel can then be lifted and placed on the guide pin, and easily slid into place on the hub; keeping the bolt holes aligned for other bolts to be inserted and tightened. This reduces the awkward and back-straining process of holding the wheel in place with one hand whilst lining up and threading in the first bolt; thus, reducing the risk, hassle, and strain of mounting wheels. Proven using simulated and real-world testing, the new mounting pins use high-strength CNC-machined AISI 303 Stainless Steel, some 50% stronger than plated mild steel, to ensure durability and resilience in a workshop environment, and are supplied with colour-coded 3D-printed protective sleeves for ease of identification and anodised 2011-T6 aluminium caps to absorb knocks and prevent damage to the wheel, unlike others on the market.
PFF5-401 - PFF5-401 Front Radius Arm to Chassis Bush uses our Black 95A material and is supplied with steel outer shells for better load distribution, offering improved durability and braking stability and a 140% increase over the worn rubber bush. Over the years we have seen a shift in the use of cars such as the BMW E92 M3 and E82 1M Coupe, with more of their time being spent on track and the power, chassis and braking modifications carried out, taking them from being quick road cars to very able and incredibly fast road-legal racers. Whilst creating this new part, we have revisited our existing non-adjustable part PFF5-401 Front Radius Arm to Chassis Bush so that it uses the same material, bush design and outer shell arrangement as above. This change in design increases stiffness by a further 25% over our previous offering for improved durability and braking stability and a 140% increase over the worn rubber bush.

PFR5-1220 - PFR5-1220 is a full replacement bush for non-M models to raise the front of the rear subframe by 9mm, providing the same anti-squat characteristic during acceleration as featured on M model vehicles and is made using our Purple 80A durometer material, recommended for heavily tuned road or occasional track cars. For standard subframe alignment, without anti-squat, please use PFR5-420.
